When Stephen Ritchey was in the fifth grade, his teacher asked him what he wanted to be when he grew up. Stephen excitedly told his teacher that he wanted to open a chocolate shop. Chocolate made him happy, and he couldn't think of a better job to have than making people happy. Fifteen years later, that little boy's dream became a reality.

Christo's Confections opened online in 2024, named after Stephen's father, Christopher, who helped Stephen create his very first recipe. Our vision remains the same as his was in fifth grade: make people happy - one bite of hand-crafted artisanal chocolate at a time.
